Boucarou Lounge Disaster

I think this will be the first time I write a bad review in Suite Spots. I’ve never really had quite a bad experience such as this one; and what makes it worse is that is was my birthday. I just recently celebrated my 30^th birthday and chose the Boucarou Lounge to celebrate it. I invited my closest friends and family members (including my mother) for a lovely dinner and a two-step. Or so I thought. The customer service in this place made it a very memorable night for all the wrong reasons.

My party and I sat around for two hours just waiting on appetizers!! And by the time it finally arrived it was obviously no longer dinner time. The music got louder, the lights got dimmer and the back of your chair was being bumped by some booty shaker behind you. Our waitress and the fake manager were not very helpful either; their only excuse was that there was a problem in the kitchen. I’m sorry but this is not something customers waiting for food want to hear. Their only compensation was to send over two CHEAP bottles of wine for free. However, by that time we were all fed up and STILL hungry. After a few minutes of waiting on the entrees I decided to put an end to this miserable night and leave. As me and my party of eleven were making our way through the crowd, some of us made it out and some of us did not. A few of my friends were stopped by the waitress AND a $400 bill. YES, these fools try to stick us with a $400 bill for just our drinks. Granted there were twelve of us, but there was no way we drank $400 worth of liquor. They had drinks on our bill that no one even ordered. After A LOT of debate, and a few threats of having the police called on us, the bill was finally settled. And we paid for what we actually drank.

Overall the service sucks, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. And I can’t comment on the food because I NEVER ATE!! Stay clear of Boucarou Lounge they ALMOST ruined my birthday, and they might just ruin yours.
